"Mary's classes are well received, professional and engaging. I would recommend them to anyone!" C.B.

"Last summer I inadvertently shamed and embarrassed a co-worker. I had never considered that how I spoke could have such a negative effect on another. After realizing that I had really hurt someone, I sought out the NVC training. I had signed up for a one evening seminar and when I called Mary, she invited me to join the 6 week beginning course. The course changed my life.

First and foremost I learned words to describe my needs. Once this was in place, I began to learn about how to put my behaviors and my communication in line with my needs while attempting to meet the needs of others at the same time. At the end of the class I signed up for the summer intermediate class. This was more challenging and met a more advanced level. I am hoping to continue my training using the Online Academy..."
